Information collected and generated using SynergyConnect Platform by respective stakeholders application owners, is used by respective license holder of the platform, for quality assurance, data driven decision making and governance.
SynergyConnect uses customer interaction and feedback data for fast tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us. And we use your information to make improvements to our services.
Generally, SynergyConnect Platform collects personal information related to employees, customers and representatives when they decide to interact with us, or avail services or express an interest. The kind of data that SynergyConnect Platform collects and/or has visibility/access to, depends solely on the context and the nature of User’s interaction with SynergyConnect end users/beneficiaries and in case of SynergyConnect’s customers, the nature service offering that such customer avails from SynergyConnect. SynergyConnect do not solicit and/or collect any sort of personal information that is irrelevant/not necessary for the provision of services to the User. SynergyConnect further declare that it does not participate in any sort of data mining activities whatsoever, with any third parties without their prior permission.
